Refund Policy
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you. In order to qualify for a refund, the item(s) must not have been used or opened, washed, stitched or manipulated in any way. Item(s) must be returned in the original package
At this time, we are not offering refunds on print or digital purchases. This is to also protect the copyright of all designers and their works.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send back items they wish to return. When you send your items back, please be sure to include a copy of your invoice/receipt that also includes your order number. please make sure to include either a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number. Please email us with any questions you might have at thestitchingbearllc@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If a credit / debit card, or PayPal was used, the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you need to cancel and order, as long as the order has not been shipped, a refund can be processed if we receive your request in writing or via email to thestitchingbearllc@gmail.com. If your order was paid for with a credit /debit card or PayPal, the processing fee charged to us for that purchase will be deducted from the refund.
