Shipping Policy
We know how important "Happy Mail" is for stitchers so we will work as quickly as possible to get your order on its way within one to two business days; excluding weekends and holidays, or if we happen to take just a few days off.
All of our orders are shipped using the USPS and the method will depend on your selection and what is the most cost effective for you. Almost all orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order is ready to shop. Items that are very light in weight, such as a pattern or other flat item, may be shipped without a tracking number.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
USPS shipping options can include 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage.
INSURANCE:
When your order is shipped using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage, your package is insured up to $100.00. Any claim must be filed directly with the USPS.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
If you find that your address is incorrect after placing your order, please send an email to: thestitchingbearllc@gmail.com along with your name and order number so that we can try and make a correction for you. If your package has already shipped, then you will need to contact the USPS directly and provide them with new address delivery information. If for some reason the package is returned back to us, we will let you know and there will be a charge to re-ship it to you.
ONE MORE LITTLE THING:
As much as we wish we could have a crystal ball for when the USPS will deliver your package, it just isn't something we have. We will provide you with any applicable tracking information that you can then take to usps.com, plug that tracking number in, and see where your package is currently at in their system. We do not receive any additional information from the USPS once they have your package and we do not have any affiliation with the USPS at all. We use their services only. Please remember there is no way to track 1st Class Mail items.
